Thursday, April 1 Title<\/strong>: TBA<\/p>\n\n\n\n Abstract:<\/strong> TBA<\/p>\n\n\n\n Speaker:<\/strong> Jamie Coble, University of Tennessee, Knoxville<\/p>\n\n\n\n Bio:<\/strong> Dr. Jamie Baalis Coble<\/a> is an Associate Professor and Southern Company Faculty Fellow in the Nuclear Engineering department at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville where she has been since 2013. She also currently serves as the Assistant Department Head for Undergraduate Studies and Service. Dr. Coble\u2019s technical expertise is primarily in statistical data analysis, empirical modeling, and advanced pattern recognition for equipment condition assessment, process and system monitoring, anomaly detection and diagnosis, failure prognosis, and integrated decision making. Her research interests expand on past work in nuclear system monitoring and prognostics to incorporate system monitoring and remaining useful life estimates into risk assessment, operations and maintenance planning, and optimal control algorithms<\/p>\n\n\n\n This seminar is presented by the Institute for Nuclear Energy Systems<\/a> and the Nuclear Engineering & Engineering Physics Department<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n
