SUMMARY:28th Annual CEE Golf Outing
DESCRIPTION:Golfers from Boldt enjoy a sunny day on the course.\n\n\n\n\nRegister now\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nGather with alumni\, industry colleagues\, faculty\, staff\, and students for a day of fun and fundraising to benefit the UW-Madison Civil and Environmental Engineering Department during the 28th Annual CEE Golf Outing at Pleasant View Golf Course! \n\n\n\n\n9 a.m. Check-in\n\n\n\n10 a.m. Shotgun start\n\n\n\n3:00 p.m. After-party begins\n\n\n\n3:30 p.m. Sponsor prizes\, auction\, and golf awards with Bucky\n\n\n\n\nPlayers of all skill levels are welcome\, and golf is played as a scramble. \n\n\n\nFor lunch\, golfers can choose from a brat\, grilled chicken sandwich\, or veggie burger with chips and a piece of fruit. A taco bar will be available during the after-party for dinner. \n\n\n\nUnable to attend the full day or not a golfer? Join us from 3-5 p.m. for dinner and good company. We’ll have a silent auction\, prizes\, and special appearance from Bucky Badger! \n\n\n\nFunds raised through this event provide important support for Concrete Canoe and other hands-on experiences.\n\n\n\nSponsorship Opportunities\n\n\n\nEvery sponsorship\, contribution\, and golfer registration directly supports the UW-Madison Civil and Environmental Engineering Department\, empowering us to strengthen the educational experience of our students through:  \n\n\n\n\nValuable hands-on learning and leadership opportunities outside of the classroom including conferences and competitions\n\n\n\nUpgrades to laboratories\, equipment\, and technology that empower cutting-edge research and learning methods\n\n\n\nEvents that celebrate CEE Badger accomplishments\, increase program awareness\, and build connections with our alumni community\n\n\n\n\nOur department is able to maintain a level of quality and a tradition of excellence through the generosity of our alumni and golf outing sponsors.  \n\n\n\nGolfers from S.T.A.T.E. This sponsorship includes one 10 x 10 booth space on the course\, one golf cart\, lunch and dinner for 2 people\, and recognition on our website and event materials. Only 9 spots are available\, and sponsors are asked to host a fundraising game or similar feature at their course location to support the event. Sponsors are responsible for bringing their own booth materials and setting up on the course. Have questions? Recent graduates (within the last 3 years) and retired alumni can golf at a reduced rate of $185!\nAfter-Party Ticket – $35\nUnable to attend the full day? Show your support off the course and have a great time by attending the after-party. Ticket price includes admission\, dinner\, and a drink ticket.\n\n\nStudent Golfers – Sponsors can choose to have CEE students golf with them as part of their paid sponsorship. To request a student golfer\, please contact Amanda Thuss or enter “student” as one of the golfer names during registration. We do our best to match sponsors with students based on the student’s career interests and goals.  Sponsors and students will be introduced via email before the event. Overall availability of student golfers depends on how many students register to participate. \n\n            \n                        \n                If you can’t make it or don’t golf\, an event sponsorship is another way to show your support and help us create a memorable event. Contact Amanda Thuss for any of the sponsorship opportunities listed below or to discuss another item you have in mind. \n\nPrizes\nDonate an item to our silent auction or prize drawing\, which are important fundraising aspects of the day. Your logo will appear on the prize\, which will be displayed throughout the day\, and on our website and event materials. Past donations have included UW memorabilia\, sporting event tickets\, gift cards\, wine baskets\, electronic items\, and more.\nTee or Green Sponsorship – $350\nIncludes display your company logo on one of the tee boxes or greens on the course the day of the event\, as well as on our website and event materials.\nDrink Cart Sponsor – $1500\nTreat the golfers to a round of drinks! Your company logo will appear on each drink ticket\, a can koozie (or other gift) for each golfer\, and the golf course drink carts. You will also receive sponsorship credit on our website and event materials.\nGolf Cart Sponsor – $1500\nHelp our golfers navigate the course with ease by sponsoring the golf cart rental. Your logo will be displayed on each cart and on golf tees for each player. You will also receive sponsorship credit on our website and event materials.\nLunch Sponsor – $2000\nTreat the golfers to a midday break to keep them going all day! Your logo will be displayed on every lunch\, event signage\, and our website and event materials.\nAfter-Party Sponsors – $3000\nKeep the party going off the course with Bucky Badger\, food\, and drinks! You logo will be displayed on a banner during the party\, on drink cups for each attendee\, and our website and event materials.\nGolfer Gifts\nGive each of our golfers a branded item to make the day extra special. As a gift sponsor\, you’ll receive credit on our website and event materials. Just send us your logo by July 18\, and we’ll take care of the rest.
